A spacious flat with  for 2-4 occupants (> 60 m ²), 2 bedrooms, lounge, open kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom/WC, radio, telephone, cable TV with info channel and WLAN connection. A bus station is 2 minutes away.

In winter: a ski piste only a few steps away from the house connects you to the departure of the Kleinmatterhornbahn. From all three ski areas you can descend  directly to the entry of the house.

In summer: In front of the house a lawn invites you to lazy sunbathing and your children to play table tennis, jump on the trampoline or balance on a swing.
